ULTA Beauty Your Back To School Fragrance Collection is $29, and it features a neutral colored washbag with a strap, and inside, there are 17 x sample sized fragrances to try.
Looking on the bag of the set, it looks like the samples vary in size only slightly, from 1.2ml to 1.5ml, so you’re getting a decent amount of each fragrance to try them, rather than just one single spritz like some tiny fragrance samples give you.

On the front of the kit, it mentions that it also includes a $15 voucher, which I guess you’d take to an ULTA store to redeem against the larger sized version of your favorite fragrance in the kit. Kinda like how Sephora Favorites fragrance kits give you a voucher for a full sized fragrance, and this ULTA fragrance sampler is available right now.
