The CeraVe Hydrating Micellar Water is an ultra-gentle, rinse-free cleansing water to remove your makeup, and it washes away dirt, excess oil and makeup, while helping to support your skin’s natural barrier.
It has been formulated with three essential ceramides and niacinamide, and is said to be suitable for all skin types, including those with oily, dry, sensitive and eczema-prone skin. Plus, it is ophthalmologist-tested, non-comedogenic, and free of fragrances and parabens.
Key Ingredients
- Ceramides – Helps restore your skin’s natural barrier, helping to keep moisture in and harmful elements out.
- Niacinamide – May help calm skin, reduce transepidermal water loss (TEWL), and increase moisture in skin’s uppermost layer.
- Glycerin – helps hydrate your skin.
CeraVe say we can use the CeraVe Hydrating Micellar Water both morning and night, and it is suitable for contact lens wearers, as well as sensitive skin and eyes.
The formula removes dirt, oil and makeup (even longwear makeup), and the non-comedogenic formula means it won’t clog your pores. It works as both a makeup remover and a cleanser, so you can use the cleansing water to remove your makeup and cleanse your skin, without having to use a separate cleanser.
If you prefer a more clarifying micellar water, there is the CeraVe Purifying Micellar Water, which cleanses, purifies and removes your makeup and SPF without disrupting your skin. The new CeraVe Hydrating Micellar Water is available right now.
