The Urban Decay Lip Toy Staining Brush Lip Liners are supposedly our new “lip obsession”, and have been created to be a tool engineered for high-impact color and creative expression.
This brand new lip liner features an ultra-flexible, precision brush tip that will line, blend and shape for your lips for limitless looks, offering bold color that stains for up to 12 hours.
You can line your lips for crisp definition, or blend and shade for custom lip art looks.
There are six different shades to choose from (although Sephora only seem to be stocking 5 of those shades).
Urban Decay Lip Toy Staining Brush Lip Liners have plastic color coordinated tubes, with an angled makeup brush tip.
With the angled makeup brush tip, it is ultra-flexible, and lets you choose sharp definition to a soft, diffused ombré look, with a formula that will stain from day to night.
Urban Decay describes their long-lasting stain formula as delivering high-impact, kiss-proof all day lip color, that applies smoothly and evenly, without looking patchy.

There are six different shades to choose from:
- Sass (Nude Pink)
- Flaunt (Pink-Berry)
- Pose (Muted Rosewood)
- Banter (Brick Red)
- Coy (Muted Golden-Brown)
- Tempt (Warm Brown)
How To Apply The Urban Decay Lip Toy Staining Brush Lip Liners
- Step 1 – Line your lips using the tip of the brush applicator
- Step 2 – Define and shape the center
- Step 3 – Fill and contour the corners of your lips
- Step 4 – Blend and fill in the edges
Many brands are doing lip markers and pen lip liners right now, but the Urban Decay Lip Toy Lip Liners actually look a little different.
Having a makeup brush for an applicator is so much better than a stiff pen nib, as it’ll curve with the contours of your lips, and each liner is $25 for 0.015 oz/0.42 g of product.
