Revolution is back at what they do best; creating amazing dupes for higher end beauty products. Their latest skincare launch is the Revolution Pro Miracle Glow Elixir, and as soon as I saw the nude pink to white ombré design of the glass bottle, I knew it was going to be similar to the Caudalie Beauty Elixir. The Revolution Pro Miracle Glow Elixir is £10 and contains 100ml / 3.38 fl. oz. in a beautiful frosted glass bottle, with a gold metal pump and lid.
It is part of the Revolution Pro range, which is my personal favorite Revolution range, as the formulas are all so luxe and some of the products genuinely feel like they could be higher-end.
This latest launch is the “perfect addition to your skincare routine”, and is a facial mist that you can use to prep your skin before you apply your makeup, use it to set your makeup, or as an hydrating facial mist throughout the day.
It is a 4-in-1 mist to hydrate, tone, prime and set your makeup, and claims to give you a spa-like experience with a natural botanical scent.
This 4-in-1 facial mist is said to be suitable for all skin types, will leave your skin glowing and is part of the Revolution Pro Miracle range, which is one of their bestselling skincare ranges.
Just looking at the packaging design, it definitely screams potential dupe, but it is the “botanical scent” claim that really highlights that the Revolution Pro Miracle Glow Elixir was “inspired” by the beauty editor’s favorite; Caudalie Beauty Elixir.
When you compare the ingredients, there are definitely some similarities like orange flower, Rosa Damascena and grape. The price difference between the two is very different though, with the Revolution version being £10 full price, whilst the Caudalie Beauty Elixir is £36 for the same amount of product.
Yes, the ingredients are going to be higher quality in the Caudalie version, but if you’d rather save yourself £26, the Revolution Pro Miracle Glow Elixir is definitely worth a try.
