The XX Revolution XXtreme XXpress Shadow Palette launched as part of the XX Revolution summer collection back in June. I have already reviewed the XX Revolution Bronze Skin Cream Bronzer here on the blog, and this eyeshadow quad is part of the four pan eyeshadow quad collection.

XX Revolution XXtreme XXpress Shadow Palette
“XX Revolution XXpress Quad Shadow Palettes contain a mix of hella pigmented and creamy matte, shimmer, and foil effect eyeshadows.
Quads are back. Create top tier looks with everything u need in one qt compact, just pick ur shade story and build ur look.”
The XX Revolution XXtreme XXpress Shadow Palette contains four powder shadows, inside a ribbed metallic compact. Depending on the collection, the quads are different coloured, and the summer collection feature pale gold casing, with an iridescent finish.
Inside the quad, you get four x 1.2g powder shadows with two matte shadows and two shimmer shadows. XX Revolution describe this eyeshadow quad as featured bronzed browns, with a matte tan and a matte deep brown, with a foiled gold and foiled bronze.
The XX Revolution XXtreme XXpress Shadow Palette is such a pretty quad, with the foil shades being the star shades in the quad. They’re both sparkly, and the foil ‘bronze’ is more of a cranberry shade with a pink duochrome shift
The deep burgundy toned matte brown isn’t the most pigmented in swatches, but it performs a lot better on the eyes, and is the perfect shade to add depth to any look with the quad. It’s not my favourite quad in the XX Revolution XXpress Quad collection, but it’s still a pretty warm toned palette, which appears to be on sale at most XX Revolution retailers.
