Why Is The Internal Shower Drink Called An Internal Shower Drink?

An internal shower drink is a type of drink made from chia seeds, which is believed to provide a number of health benefits.

The chia seed internal shower drink is made by combining chia seeds with water and other optional ingredients, such as honey and fruit.

The drink is a popular choice for health-conscious individuals due to its nutrient-rich content and the numerous health benefits associated with it.

Chia seeds are packed with essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, omega-3 fats, dietary fiber, and more.

They are believed to reduce inflammation, regulate cholesterol levels, boost the immune system, stabilize blood sugar, improve digestion, and provide energy.

Then, the drink helps to cleanse the body of toxins and unwanted substances, which is why it is known as an internal shower drink.

What ingredients are in the Internal Shower Drink?

Well, the Internal Shower drink is actually very simple to make, and involves just three ingredients.

Together, as a gut cleanse lemon water drink, they are said to help detox your body, and will relieve constipation.

To make the Internal Shower drink, you’ll need the following;

  • Glass of water with eight ounces of water
  • Two tablespoons of chia seeds
  • Lemon juice (fresh lemon juice)
  • Himalayan salt

How to make the Internal Shower Drink?

Pour yourself a glass of fridge-cold water, and scoop two heaped tablespoons of chia seeds, and tip them into the water, and stir the mixture well.

Once you’ve mixed it together, you need to leave the mixture for at least five minutes.

During that time, the chia seeds will transform to a gel-like consistency within the water, which is precisely what you want.

Once you’ve got the gel-like consistency, add a squeeze of fresh lemon, and a pinch of Himalayan salt, before mixing once more, and finally; drink the detox shower drink.

What does the Internal Shower Drink actually do?

Chia seeds are a small, black seed that is often used in health foods and supplements. When soaked in water, chia seeds form a gel-like substance.

This gel is made up of soluble fiber, which can have a laxative effect when consumed in large quantities.

Soluble fiber absorbs water and swells in the intestine, which helps to stimulate bowel movements and prevent constipation.

Also, the gel-like texture of soaked chia seeds can help to coat the intestinal walls, soothing inflammation and diarrhea.

For these reasons, chia seeds are often used as a natural remedy for constipation and other digestive issues.

However, it is important to note that chia seeds can also have side effects when consumed in large amounts.

These side effects include bloating, gas, and abdominal cramps.

Therefore, it is best to consume chia seeds in moderation and drink plenty of water when consuming them.

The results you get from drinking the Internal Shower Drink will depend on how constipated you are. You might also experience some bloating or discomfort.

So it might be a good idea to use just one heaped tablespoon of chia seeds and test to see how your body reacts to rev mixture.

You might find one spoon is more than enough, and you’ll still get the detoxifying benefits.

What Are The Benefits Of Chia Seeds, & Why Do They Help With Detoxing The Body?

Chia seeds are an incredibly nutritious and versatile food that is becoming more and more popular for its numerous health benefits.

Not only are chia seeds an excellent source of fiber, but they are also one of the best plant-based sources of omega-3 fatty acids, protein and calcium.

Chia seeds also contain a number of other vitamins and minerals such as iron, magnesium and zinc.

Consuming chia seeds can help boost your energy levels, fight inflammation, protect your heart and support digestion.

The high fiber content in chia seeds makes them helpful for detoxing the body.

Fiber helps to flush toxins and waste out of your system, while also providing a feeling of fullness that can help reduce cravings.

Chia seeds are high in antioxidants, which can help to fight free radical damage, promoting healthy cellular function and reducing the risk of certain diseases.

Chia seeds are also great for those looking to lose weight, as they are low in calories, but packed with essential nutrients.

They can also help to regulate blood sugar levels and reduce hunger cravings.

Chia seeds are easy to add to your diet as they can be eaten raw, or added to smoothies, salads, yogurt or oatmeal.

With all these amazing health benefits, it’s no wonder that chia seeds are becoming increasingly popular amongst celebrity nutritionists.

How Many Grams Of Fiber Are In Chia Seeds?

Chia seeds are an excellent source of dietary fiber. They contain 10 grams of fiber in every two tablespoons of chia, which is about 4 grams per teaspoon.

Not only is fiber important for helping keep you regular and promoting digestive health, but it also helps support weight management.

As a plant-based source of fiber, chia seeds can be a great way to add fiber to your diet.

One two-tablespoon serving contains 5 grams of protein and 8 grams of fat, both of which can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.

Chia seeds also contain essential minerals like calcium, magnesium, and iron, as well as omega-3 fatty acids, making them a nutrient-dense snack or ingredient.

Does the internal shower drink work?

Yes. The internal shower drink does work. That’s due to the laxative effect of the chia seeds mixed with the water, which helps to stimulate your bowel, and encourage bowel movements.

It will have varying results for everyone, but ultimately, it’s trending because it works, and is a relatively ‘quick’ fix for those wanting a detox, or relieve constipation.
