W7 has launched their latest ‘dupe’ product, and it’s the W7 Flash Matte Liquid Eyeshadows. It’s extremely obvious which product they’re attempting to dupe with this particular launch.
And it’s the Huda Beauty Matte & Metal Liquid Shadow Duos. Keep on reading for the full low-down…
W7 Flash Matte Liquid Eyeshadows
“Take your eye makeup to another dimension with W7’s Flash Matte Liquid Eyeshadow range!
A range of dual-ended, liquid eyeshadows that bring you the best of both when it comes to pigmented, standout eyeshadow colour!”
W7 aren’t the only brand to try and imitate the beautiful Huda Beauty Matte & Metal Eyeshadows, as Collection did exactly the same thing, and didn’t even try to change the name.
Not sure how Collection got away with that one, legally? At least W7 have a different name for theirs, even if the packaging is pretty much identical. With a dual-ended design, featuring a matte liquid eyeshadow one on end, and a metallic liquid eyeshadow on the other, in complementary tones.
- Apply the matte shade directly onto the eyelid and wait to become tacky.
- Apply the metallic shade across the lash line, all over or however else you desire, brushing directly onto the lid.
The W7 Flash Matte Liquid Eyeshadows are available in five different colour ways, and they’re all shown in swatches above;
- Basic & Extra
- Everythin’ & Festive
- One Way & Reflect
- Mud Bath & Steal The Show
- Bar Fight & Ballin’
So many people label products as being a dupe without actually trying the product, so I can’t comment on whether the W7 Flash Matte Liquid Eyeshadows are a true dupe for the Huda version, but as someone that owns five of the Huda Beauty Matte & Metal Liquid Eyeshadow Duos, I can say the swatches look very promising, and very, very similar to the Huda Beauty version, and they’re available right now.
