Viseart Parisian Love Letter Étendu Palette

The Viseart Parisian Love Letter Étendu Palette has been revealed today as being the latest palette launch for the brand.

They first launched their Étendu collection back in December with the launch of two pretty, twelve pan palettes. This new addition is launching to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a love-inspired name.

Viseart Parisian Love Letter Étendu Palette

Viseart Parisian Love Letter Étendu Palette

The Étendu Palettes all have cardboard packaging, with twelve powder shadows in a mixture of finishes. The first two palettes were the Minxette and the Violette Palettes. Violette was a very purple palette, whereas the Minxette was almost a warmer, richer version of their Spritz palette.

When I saw that Viseart were launching a new twelve pan palette, I had everything crossed that it was going to be a larger palette or an extension of the Lilas Palette from their Petits Fours collection. It’s a stunning cool toned quad, and they don’t have any full size cool toned palettes like the Lilas quad.

Imagine an Étendu Palette with taupes, greys and mauves. It’d be a beauty! But alas, the Viseart Parisian Love Letter Étendu Palette is another warm toned neutral palette with one very random bright pop of colour in the middle.

”Psst… passing you a Love Note! Fancy doing a bit of matchmaking in Paris? Indulge in the ethereal lightness of love’s first bloom by enclasping hands within our tempting garden of love! Our resplendent Parisian Love Letter is a romantic ode to the sublime garden path of dainty delights and provocative splendor.

This palette features a blissful bouquet of enticing shimmering undertones in soft peach, gossamer rose petal, clandestine candlelight, and a stirring green hue that awakens a vision of Paris in the springtime!  Our glorious garland of creamy floral mattes is entwined with a romantic tryst of sparkling sweet shimmers, and a passionate affair of deep earthy hues capturing an energetic exchange with one quick flirtatious glance! ”

Viseart Parisian Love Letter Étendu Palette

The Viseart Parisian Love Letter Étendu Palette looks like a cross between their orange heavy Spritz Palette and their warm Minxette Palette. In the centre of the Viseart Parisian Love Letter Étendu Palette there’s a bright line green shimmer olive looks pretty but ever so random.

I think a more muted green or olive would’ve been a little more cohesive with the colour story of the other  eleven shades. I think it would be amazing to see Viseart launch a palette of vibrant shimmers within their Étendu collection, and maybe this lime green was a way for the brand to test the water and gauge everyone’s opinions on the brighter pops of colour.

The shades inside the Viseart Parisian Love Letter Étendu Palette are;

  • Letterbox: Light creamy-beige neutral with a matte finish.
  • Beloved: Light champagne peach with a satin metallic finish.
  • Charmed: Bright peach with a metallic satin finish.
  • Chocolatier: Neutral deep brown with a matte finish
  • Sonnet: Soft dove nude with a matte finish.
  • Cupid: Fresh kissed coral pink with a matte finish.
  • Blooming: Fresh, leaf green with a satin metallic finish.
  • Lovelorn: Creamy light cantaloupe with a matte finish.
  • Arrow: Creamy, soft, neutral buff brown with a matte finish.
  • Poème: Light cantaloupe with a satin metallic finish.
  • Amour: Light lilac with a satin metallic finish.
  • Ballad: Deep gunmetal brown with a satin metallic finish.

The Viseart Parisian Love Letter Étendu Palette is an undeniably pretty addition to their palette collection, and I really like the little gold hearts all over the cardboard packaging.

They look very cute and fitting for a love themed palette. Just like the other two Étendu Palettes, the Love Letter Palette is $44, and will be available from all Viseart stockists very soon.
