Victoria Beckham Beauty Matte Bronzing Brick Review / Swatches

I’ve been having somewhat of a love-in with Victoria Beckham Beauty lately, and I bought the Victoria Beckham Beauty Matte Bronzing Brick to try, as it looked like it had an amazingly fair shade for super pale skintones. I’ve tried the brand’s eye products, but this was my first face product, and I can’t rave about it enough.

Victoria Beckham Beauty Matte Bronzing Brick

The Victoria Beckham Beauty Matte Bronzing Brick collection launched back in May, and they launched at the same time as the Vieve Modern Bronzers, and look pretty similar, but I decided to try the Victoria Beckham Beauty Matte Bronzing Brick over the Vieve version, as the shades looked so much better too.

This skin-loving bronzer features two soft-matte tones so you can customize your bronze for the most natural, sunkissed skin. Blends seamlessly, wears effortlessly, and is impossible to overdo.

Features a refillable, plastic-free, keepsake compact.

The Victoria Beckham Beauty Matte Bronzing Brick is £52, and is available five different shades. Brands tend to stick to 2-3 shades for bronzers, so I think it’s great that there’s five to choose from, especially when the lightest duo is super light, and the deepest duo is actually very deep too, catering for a wide range of skintones.

When I opened the box of the Victoria Beckham Beauty Matte Bronzing Brick, I was stunned by how very heavy the compact is. It’s extremely weighty, and offers a refillable, plastic-free, keepsake compact, made with metal, and it’s easy to pop the pans out, to replace once you’re finished, and you won’t have to repurchase the compact.

I bought the lightest duo; 01, and wow it’s a good match for my skintone. It’s so super smooth and blends effortlessly on the skin. Victoria Beckham Beauty made the very bold claim that you can’t overdo this bronzer, and they’re actually right. It’s so seamless to blend, and it never looks too much, no matter how much you apply.

If you like a defined, very bronzed look, I don’t think the Victoria Beckham Beauty Matte Bronzing Brick will be for you, as it’s all about the natural, authentic bronze, with two complimentary shades which can be used individually, or blended depending on your skintone.

It’s the most luxurious and beautiful bronzer in my collection, and is now my new favourite bronzer – I love it so much, and I would 100% repurchase. I’d so love to see the brand launch some blush duos in this format, as the formula is so great.
