Urban Decay relaunched their whole eyebrow collection back in January 2019, and after listening to feedback they’ve introduced two new shades to their Urban Decay Brow Blade Ink Stain and Waterproof Pencil. The Urban Decay Brow Blade Ink Stain and Waterproof Pencil was available in seven different shades, but they had a lot of feedback from customers, letting them know there were no shades for those with black or dark brown hair as all of the existing shades were very warm toned.
Urban Decay Brow Blade Ink Stain and Waterproof Pencil
Described as being a double ended ink stain and waterproof pencils that offers microblade definition and precision, without the price and commitment. Brow Blade gives you defined arches that are the definition of brow goals.
This double-ended tool is revolutionary; start with the waterproof pencil to shape, shade, and fill in sparse areas, then use the microblade ink stain to create hair-like strokes and add dimension.
Directions
Apply to clean skin (without foundation or primer on the area) and start with the pencil. We suggest applying Brow Finish or All Nighter Setting Spray immediately after Brow Blade application.

The two new cool toned shades for dark hair are now Cool Cookie and Blackout, so there are now nine shades in the range. The Urban Decay Brow Blade is £20 and is a dual ended brow pen, with one end housing a micro brow pencil and the other end is a super fine felt tip brow pen.
It’s so hard to find decent cool toned felt tip style brow products, as they tend to be very red toned and often change colour on the skin. It’s great that Urban Decay have listened to feedback and introduced the two new shades, and hopefully the new shades will be featured across their whole brow range going forward.
