The Tarte Sugar Rush Lash Smoothie Mascara is currently only available from QVC, where it’s available for $23. It will be available at Tarte directly in the coming weeks, but right now it’s just exclusive to QVC.

The Tarte Sugar Rush Lash Smoothie Mascara is described as having a unique dual-sided brush featuring two different sides, with different length bristles – short to separate and define and long to volumize and curl.
