The Tarte Sugar Rush Brow Smoothie Dual-Ended Gel & Pencil Duo is described as being a universal, double-sided tool which effortlessly defines, fills and sets the brows for up to 12 hour waterproof wear.
Tarte recommend using softer strokes to match lighter hair colours, and pressing harder for those with darker hair colours, as this one pencil is universal, working for different hair colours.
Featuring a creamy pencil formula which nourishes brow hairs with avocado, coconut, and shea butter and mimics hair-like strokes for brows that look natural, fuller, and lifted.
Tarte recommend using the wider part of the triangle tip to fill and shape yours brows, and then use the pointed edge to define. The clear gel sets brows in place all day while conditioning with shea butter and marigold flower extract.
