Tarte has launched yet another new lip product, and this time it’s the Tarte Maracuja Juicy Lip Liner Collection. We’ve seen a lot of new Tarte lip products this year, especially within the Maracuja Juicy lip range. If you’d like to find out all about this new range of lip liner pencils, keep on reading…
Tarte Maracuja Juicy Lip Liner Collection
“Get fuller-looking lips with tarte Maracuja Juicy Lip Liner. The custom lip-lifter tip glides on smooth to effortlessly line and shape lips. The ultra creamy formula is infused with hydrating maracuja and hyaluronic acid to smooth the look of lip lines.“
The Tarte Maracuja Juicy Lip Liners are supposedly a “hack” for fuller-looking lips. They’re described as having a custom lip-lifter tip, that glides on smooth, to effortlessly line and shape the lips.
Featuring an ultra-creamy formula, that’s been formulated with hydrating maracuja and hyaluronic acid. As well as a nourishing superfruit complex, which helps to smooth the look of lip lines.
- maracuja: rich in essential fatty acids & vitamin C for firmer, brighter, smoother-looking lips
- superfruit complex: nourishes & smooths
- hyaluronic acid: intensely hydrates
- vitamin E: natural preservative that also acts as an emollient & antioxidant
To put that into perspective, the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Lip Pencils are £16 / $22, and you get 1.2g, so almost three times the amount of product for $2 more. I’m really surprised how small these lip liners are!
There are six shades to choose from;
- Soft Pink
- Rosy Brown
- Dusty Rose
The shades look pretty enough, but I’m not sure if they’re worth $20 for such a tiny amount of product, when there are liners from other brands that are much cheaper, with an amazing formula, and a heck of a lot more product.
