Tarte has launched a brand new eyeshadow palette in time for fall, and it’s the Tarte Maneater After Dark Eyeshadow Palette. This new palette was featured in the ULTA magazine a couple of weeks ago, so we knew it was coming, and today it’s finally launched.
We saw Tarte launch a brand new face powder this week, which is the Tarte Smooth Operator Amazonian Clay Finishing Powder, and the brand has also launched a new mini palette too; the Maneater Vanity Palette.
What Is The Tarte Maneater After Dark Eyeshadow Palette?
The Tarte Maneater After Dark Eyeshadow Palette is their largest, fiercest Maneater palette yet with 24 NEW everyday shades with a holiday flare.
Meaning this is their holiday palette of the year, and we can expect to see the launch of their holiday sets very soon. The shades are all infused with Amazonian Clay, for intense color payoff, and blendability.
This large eyeshadow palette is housed within a black compact, adorned in a leopard print pattern, and features a huge mirror inside the lid.
Not only is the lid covered in leopard print, but Tarte have used a raise leopard print pattern on eight metallic shadows, which looks so beautiful, and so different to what we typically see from Tarte.
Tarte Maneater After Dark Eyeshadow Palette Shades
- Row 1: Playful (matte cream), Lust (matte rosy beige), Mischievous (matte terracotta), Sensual (rosy copper shimmer), Passion (matte warm brown), Insatiable (raspberry sheen)
- Row 2: Enamored (matte peachy beige), Heartbreaker (gold shimmer), Desire (matte marigold), Heated (amber shimmer), Sundown (copper gold shimmer), Alluring (matte cinnamon brown)
- Row 3: Charming (matte vanilla), Fantasy (emerald green sheen), Wild at Heart (taupe gold shimmer), Hot in Here (copper shimmer), Night Fall (brown sheen), Animal Instinct (matte black)
- Row 4: Feline Myself (deep rose gold shimmer), Intense (strawberry shimmer), Temptress (matte taupe), On the Prowl (taupe shimmer), Moody (matte berry), Nocturnal (deep plum sheen)
Inside the Tarte Maneater After Dark Eyeshadow Palette, the twenty-four shadows are individually named, and the color story is very neutral, with a pop of green, mustard and cranberry.
I know this color story will be boring for many, but I think it’s a gorgeous palette. The leopard print patterned shades look as if they could be foil finishes. I also really like the ratio of matte to shimmer and metallic shades, and this limited edition palette is available right now.
