Tarte FULLfill Framer Brow Pencils

The Tarte FULLfill Framer Brow Pencils are a brand new dual-ended brow pencil to give you thicker, fuller and more defined eyebrows, with a waterproof formula.
Working as the perfect 2-in-1 brow duo to define, fill, shape and set your eyebrows for upto 24 hours of wear time, for a more youthful appearance.
On one side of the pencil, there’s a precision eyebrow pencil, allowing you to define your brow shape, and fill in any sparse areas with short hair-like strokes, to mimic natural eyebrow hairs.
On the opposite side of the pencil, there’s a clear, flexible wax balm, which is designed to shape and set your brows in place for all-day wear. Simply swipe the clear wax in the direction of hair’s growth to create, shape, and set your ideal brow.
