Tarte EmphasEYES High Definition Eyeliners

The Tarte EmphasEYES High Definition Eyeliners are retractable, twist-up liners designed to create a micro-fine line “every time”. Each of the liners have a micro-fine nib, with a gel formula and a 2mm tip for maximum precision, and for application along the lash lines.

Tarte recommend dotting the liners between your lashes on your upper eyelid, to make the lashes appear fuller and thicker. But they can also be used by gliding across the lids for instant definition, and the waterlines to make eyes appear bigger.

The formula features high definition pigments to deliver smooth, saturated colour without skipping, fading or smudging. Tarte claim the liners have a creamy formula that glides across the skin, without feeling waxy.

• vitamin E: natural preservative that also acts as an emollient & antioxidant

The Tarte EmphasEYES High Definition Eyeliners are available in three different shades;

• Black
• Brown
• Bronze

It appears that both the Black and Brown shades are completely matte, whereas the Bronze shade is shimmery, but all three look very pigmented and intense on the eyes.
