Tarte has launched the latest addition to their ‘Tape’ collection, with the launch of the Tarte Blush Tape Liquid Blush Collection. We recently saw the brand launch their Tarte Shape Tape Sculpt Tape Contour at the start of January, and now it’s time for the launch of the blusher version.
Tarte Blush Tape Liquid Blush Collection
“The most anticipated launch of the year is finally here – blush tape™ liquid blush AKA the instant cheek lift in a tube!“
The Tarte Blush Tape Liquid Blush Collection includes three different shades of liquid blusher, each of which are housed within a squeezy plastic tube, with a sponge tip applicator.
Just like the contour version they launched in January, these are very much ‘inspired’ by the Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Light Wands, which went viral on TikTok.
Although, you’re not making much of a saving between the two products, as the Charlotte Tilbury (luxury) version is $42, whereas the Tarte Blush Tape Liquid Blush Collection are $35 each.
Tarte Blush Tape Liquid Blush Collection is said to have a skin-conditioning formula, which blends like a dream. Working as a hybrid blush and highlighter all-in-one, to kiss the cheeks with dewy color.
Key Ingredients
- porcelain flower: brightens & moisturizes
- mango butter: helps moisturize & condition skin
- shea butter: moisturizes & conditions
- licorice root: brightens & color corrects
- mineral pigments: soothe & soften skin’s appearance
- diamond powder: helps blur imperfections
The Tarte Shape Tape Blushers are available in three different shades;
- Pink
- Peach
- Berry
Just like their contour version, the Blush Tapes feature a twistable top section, which locks, to keep the product from drying up. You then squeeze the blusher through the cushion tip, and apply the cushion tip directly onto the skin.
The Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Light Wands are all super shimmery, and it looks like the Tarte Blush Tape formula is exactly the same. Charlotte Tilbury just launched a matte version of their blush wands.
So it’ll be interesting to see if Tarte then copy again, and create their own matte version. If you’d like to check out the new Tarte blush wands, they’re available right now.
