Stila have just launched a new concealer; the Stila Pixel Perfect Concealer as well as the Stila Pixel Perfect Foundation. Stila have some really amazing products like their Glitter and Glow Liquid Glitter Eyeshadows and their Stay All Day Liquid Liner.
However when it comes to foundation and concealer, you never really ever hear anyone raving about their products. I’ve tried lots of their products before, but their shade ranges aren’t always the best so it’s hard to find a decent shade match.
Stila Pixel Perfect Concealer

- Irish Sea Moss to help improve skin’s texture

The Stila Pixel Perfect Concealer is £18, contains 5.54ml and is packaged within a frosted plastic tube, with a gold coating. It does look very sleek for a concealer, and the applicator is a typical doefoot, with a rounded tip. The concealer is available in 15 different shades;
- Medium 1
- Medium 2
- Tan 1
- Tan 2
- Deep 1
- Deep 2
- Light/Medium 1
- Light/Medium 2
- Medium 3
- Medium/Tan 1
- Medium/Tan 2
Looking at these swatches, the concealer really doesn’t go very light or dark which is a little disappointing. When brands like Fenty, IT Cosmetics and Revolution are creating 50+ shade ranges, there’s not really an excuse for just 15 shades, especially from a higher end brand. It looks as if they have one light shade, one dark shade and then thirteen medium shades, and everything looks very warm.
The Stila Pixel Perfect Concealer has launched alongside a Pixel Perfect Foundation which has 30 shades, so it’s so strange that they wouldn’t extend that shade range to the concealer too. If you can manage to find a shade match, it’s available on the Stila UK website.
