Sol de Janeiro has launched two exciting launches; the Sol de Janeiro Rio Deo Aluminum Free Deodorant, and the Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Joia Refreshing Dry Shampoo.
I love Sol de Janeiro as a brand, and I have to admit to being excited whenever they launch something, regardless of what it is, but this is a product I really want to try!
“Rio Deo keeps you feeling fresh and smelling amazing all day. This smooth-glide deodorant prevents odor by neutralizing bacteria while soothing the delicate underarm area.
Papaya enzyme visibly evens skin tone and fights ingrown hairs. Plus, it’s in the Cheirosa ’62 scent with notes of pistachio and salted caramel.”
The Sol de Janeiro Rio Deo Aluminum Free Deodorant is $16 and contains 2 oz / 57g of product, within a bright yellow plastic stick, with a white cap and a twist-up mechanism like all stick deodorants.
Sol de Janeiro Rio Deo Aluminum Free Deodorant is described as being an aluminum-free deodorant and a baking soda-free deodorant that eliminates odor, soothes skin, and fights ingrown hairs — Rio Deo is 98% naturally derived and in the iconic Brazilian Bum Bum Cream scent.
- This 98% naturally derived formula works with your body’s natural rhythms—lowering the skin’s pH, which naturally prevents the bacteria that causes odor to be able to form.
- Delivers powerful skincare benefits. Our smooth-gliding, never-tugging deodorant moisturizes while soothing irritation from shaving. It also helps even skin tone and fights ingrown hairs while softening your skin, underarm hair and stubble.
- Infused with our delicious Cheirosa ’62 scent with notes of pistachio and salted caramel.
The Sol de Janeiro Rio Deo Aluminum Free Deodorant sounds like such a deliciously scented deodorant, it’s amazing that it’s aluminium free. I have tried a few aluminium free deodorants, but I’ve not found one I like.
So I have high hopes for this one, especially as it has the Bum Bum scent (Cheirosa ’62) which is my absolute favourite. You can check out this new deodorant right here.
