The Smashbox Halo Healthy Glow Tinted Moisturizer SPF25 is available via Sephora, and I like that Smashbox have provided a photo showing the coverage of their three different bases so you can see which one you’d prefer.
It looks like the Smashbox Halo Healthy Glow Tinted Moisturizer SPF25 has the sheerest coverage compared to the Studio Skin Hydra Foundation and Studio Skin Full Coverage Foundation, but that’s to be expected with a tinted moisturiser.
In all honesty, the shade range isn’t great. Twelve shades just isn’t inclusive enough for 2020. The fairest shade is too dark for the fairest arm shown in the swatch photo, and there’s only two shades for deeper skintones.
I know sheerer foundations are a little more forgiving than say a foundation, but if drugstore brands can create inclusive shade ranges, why can’t higher end brands like Smashbox? If you do like the sound of the new Smashbox Halo Healthy Glow Tinted Moisturizer SPF25, it’s available right here….
