In my last post I showcased the brand new Smashbox Halo Glow Highlighter Duo, and they’ve also just launched the Smashbox Halo Fresh Perfecting Powder. Smashbox already have a Halo Hydrating Perfecting Powder, but it’s been upgraded both in terms of packaging and formula.

The packaging has been upgraded, and it has the same metallic finish that the Halo Glow Duo with a raised, circular pattern. The compact has the same grinding mechanism that you simply twist, to push fresh powder through the little holes in the sifter, and then swirl brush into powder and apply to face.
The ten shades are the same as the shades they had in their original formula, so if you have a shade you like in that formula, you should just be able to get the same shade in this new version of the powder too.
Looking at the swatch photo it’s amazing that the Smashbox Halo Fresh Perfecting Powder can offer light to medium coverage, and it looks so creamy for a powder in the swatches too.
