Sephora has launched a few new products in their own brand range, including the Sephora Collection Colorful Luminizers, which is a brand new range of highlighter powders.
As well as this range of highlighters, there’s also the Colorful Blush collection, with twelve beautiful shades, as part of the Sephora Collection.
Sephora Collection Colorful Luminizers
“A face-lifting powder that instantly brightens the skin and gives it a natural glow. Its gel and powder hybrid formula melts into the skin for a weightless finish and long-lasting results.“
The Sephora Collection Colorful Luminizers are a collection of four different shades of powder highlighter, but the formula is said to be a gel and powder hybrid, making it a baked gêlée formula.
Baked gêlée highlighters give a stunning wet-look sheen to the skin, and these four new highlighters look super intense and beautiful.
This highlighter is said to have a gel-powder texture, to increase the complexion’s radiance, thanks to micro-pearls being incorporated into the heart of the transparent gel-powder, letting all their light shine through.
On application, its hybrid texture combines the strength of a liquid illuminator with the lightness of a highlighter powder and leaves a shimmering veil on the skin.
Reflecting gold, pink or bronze, the highlighter comes in 4 dazzling shades that instantly enhance all skin tones with pure iridescent color.
Each of the four Sephora Collection Colorful Luminizers contain 3.50g of product, so they’re very small highlighters for the price. The pans have a pretty, rippled effect, and they look like something you’d see on a high-end beauty counter, especially looking at the above swatches.
The four shades available for the highlighters are;
- 01 Glitzy Gold
- 02 Sparkling Honey
- 03 Pink Flash
- 04 Bronze Blinding
I do wonder if the shade ‘Sparkling Honey’ is an intentional dupe for the once very popular Laura Geller Gilded Honey – as the formula of that highlighter is also a baked gêlée formula.
All four shades look so pretty, especially Pink Flash with its duochrome finish. They look so smooth and glossy in the swatches, and they’re available right now.
