Rimmel have kickstarted their 2020 with free eye makeup launches. They’ve launched their Pro Micro Brow Pen, the ScandalEyes Volume On Demand Mascara and the Rimmel Wonder Ink Eyeliner.
Rimmel feel as if they’re always launching a new liner, and when I originally saw the promo images for the Rimmel Wonder Ink Eyeliner, I actually thought it was an existing liner in their range but it wasn’t.
Their existing pen liner that looks extremely similar, is the Wonder Wing Eyeliner, which looks like it has a slightly different shaped nib.

The Rimmel Wonder Ink Eyeliner is £6.99 contains 1.2ml, and currently available in just one shade, which is black. The packaging is identical to the Wonder Wing, with a black, thin plastic tube with a push on plastic lid.
The nib of the Wonder Ink liner is long and is a felt tip style, which tapers into a very sharp point. The Wonder Wing has more of a unique, wing stamp design whereas this liner is more of your conventional liquid liner pen.
Rimmel have quite a few eyeliner pens now, with the ScandalEyes Bold Liquid Eyeliner, Wonder Wing Eyeliner, Colour Precise Eyeliner, ScandalEyes Thick & Thin Eyeliner, ScandalEyes Micro Eyeliner and now the new Rimmel Wonder Ink Eyeliner.
It doesn’t sound overly unique compared to their existing liners, but the long wearing waterproof, smudge proof and fade-proof definitely appeal if you’re in the market for a decent yet affordable liquid eyeliner.
