If you’re into essential oils and aromatherapy, you’re going to want to try the new Revolution Skincare Mood Pulse Point Roll On. I love essential oils, so this is a launch I’m definitely excited about.
Revolution Skincare Mood Pulse Point Roll On
As soon as I read about the new Revolution Skincare Mood Pulse Point Roll On, it instantly reminded me of the Briogeo x Kathleen Lights Essential Oils Rollerballs, except they’re obviously considerably cheaper.
The Briogeo rollerballs are in a set of three, and the rollerballs are actually pieces of gemstone which is why they’re so expensive. However, it’s what’s inside the tube that counts, as that’s what’s going to be lingering on your skin.
So, the Revolution Skincare Mood Pulse Point Roll On has launched on its own on the Revolution website. I very much doubt Revolution would just launch one scent of these oils.
So I’d guess they’ll upload some more scents / versions either later today, or over the coming week/s and it’ll be interesting to see how many there are and if this is in fact a range of different mood enhancing pulse point oils similar to the super luxe Aromatherapy Associates rollerballs?
The Revolution Skincare Mood Pulse Point Roll On is £6 and contains 10ml in a brown glass tube, with a silver ball bearing rollerball which you ‘roll’ onto the pulse points of the body.
This particular version of the pulse point oils, is named Mehhh! and categorised as being relaxing. Featuring a blend of English Lavender, Peppermint, Geranium, Bergamot and Eucalyptus Essential Oils to create a soft, calming floral aroma with sweet Balsamic and Herbal undertones.
What is a pulse point rollerball?
Essential oils are known for having different benefits for both the body and the mind. Your ‘pulse points’ are essentially where you arteries are closest to the skin within your body. So they’re the best place to apply aromatherapy oils, due to the warmth of your blood.
When you roll your essential oils onto your pulse points, their healing properties are then absorbed into our bloodstream. As you’re applying the oil on an area where your arteries are close to the skin, the benefits of the essential oils are experienced quicker.
Where are the pulse points?
- Inside your wrists
- Behind your ears
- On your temples
- Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil – Helps to soothe & nourish
- Vitamin E – Known for its antioxidant properties
- Essential Oil Blend – Creates a calming floral scent
This is the first time Revolution have ever stepped into the well-being arena, and it is exciting to see them do something a little different and not something you’ll find on every makeup or skincare stand within the drugstores.
If the Revolution Skincare Mood Pulse Point Roll On sounds like something you’d enjoy, it’s available now via the Revolution website.
