This week, Revolution launched two brand new CBD infused cleansers; the Revolution Skincare CBD Cleansing Cream, and the Revolution CBD Soft Foam Cleanser.
I’m personally not a fan of foaming cleansers, as they can be so stripping and drying on the skin, but I really like the sound of the Revolution Skincare CBD Cleansing Cream. If you want to find out all about this new cleanser, keep on reading.
Revolution Skincare CBD Cleansing Cream
There’s a hell of a lot of brands launching CBD inspired/infused beauty collections right now, like ELF, Melt Cosmetics, Milk Makeup, PUR Cosmetics, Chantecaille, Kopari and Jeffree Star to name just a few. So it was inevitable that Revolution would also jump on the CBD bandwagon.
To be fair, Revolution launched CBD skincare products way before any other drugstore brand, but the two new cleansers are their first CBD infused cleansers to join their skincare collection, and they’re both £10 and under.
The Revolution Skincare CBD Cleansing Cream has been designed to help break down your makeup, so it can be gently wiped away with a cloth or cotton pad. The formula is infused with Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil and Cannabidiol to nourish, soothe, and care for the skin.
Aqua (Water, Eau), Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Stearic Acid, Benzyl Alcohol, PEG-20 Stearate, Glyceryl Stearate SE, Xanthan Gum, Polyacrylamide, C13-14 Isoparaffin, Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Dehydroacetic Acid, Laureth-7, Cannabidiol, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract.
If you have drier or sensitive skin, I think you’d perhaps enjoy the Revolution Skincare CBD Cleansing Cream more than the Revolution Skincare CBD Soft Foam Cleanser, which I feel would be better for those with oily and combination skin types.
If you’ve been intrigued by CBD skincare, I think the Revolution Skincare CBD Cleansing Cream would be a really great starter product and it’s available right now.
