Revolution have added a brand new palette to their Colour Focus collection; Revolution Pro Nude on Nude Colour Focus Palette, which has launched at all of the Revolution stockists such as Revolution Beauty, and Boozyshop. If you want to find out all about this new addition to the range, keep on reading…
Revolution Pro Nude on Nude Colour Focus Palette
The Revolution Pro Nude on Nude Colour Focus Palette is £13, and it looks like the Colour Focus Palettes have had a price increase, as the Night and Day Palette was £12 when I purchased it, and the packaging hasn’t been improved to quantify the price increase.
You have to remember that this is a cardboard palette, so £13 is pricey for a cardboard palette, especially when you compare it to their Chocolate Bar Palettes which have really cute yet sturdy packaging for £9 each, and you get sixteen shades, whereas the Revolution Pro Nude on Nude Colour Focus Palette only had ten shades.
Lots of the Revolution products have had a price increase recently, and their prices really are getting high for the drugstore. I still can’t believe they’re charging £15 for their XX Revolution Foundation.
“Revolution PRO Colour Focus Palette Nude on Nude is your new fair nude eyeshadow colour legacy, and part of the capsule Colour Focus shadow palette collection within Revolution Pro.
Showcasing an array of 10 mesmerising blush & neutral hues. From pretty soft pinks to metallic rose golds, in a mix of velvety mattes, earthy browns and a sensational duo-chrome formula. Each pigment has been finely milled & baked to provide the smoothest blend and intense colour pay-off.” – Revolution
Just like the name suggests, the Revolution Pro Nude on Nude Colour Focus Palette is packed with neutral shades. There’s a mixture of matte and shimmer finishes, but there’s also one pretty duochrome on the top row.
The duochrome looks stunning, but apart from the duochrome, it looks like quite a boring palette, and nothing special or unique compared to their masses of nude palettes.
I don’t think it’s a palette I’d purchase, but I’d be interested to see the swatches as they may look amazing when swatched compared to the stock images. If you do like the look of the shades within the palette, it’s available right now.
