The Revolution Liner Pow Liquid Eyeliner is £5, and contains 0.5ml / 0.01 fl.oz of product within a black tube, with white bold writing on the side, just like the Lash Pow Mascara.
The innovative click and release technology prevents the jet-black formula from drying out or fading before use. The eyeliner pen is super fine but firm, and seamlessly glides onto the skin to achieve precise, flawless flicks.
The dramatic black formula is waterproof and smudge proof with up to 24-hour wear.
Revolution claims this eyeliner pen has ‘innovative click and release technology’ which prevents the jet black formula from drying out, or fading before use.
