Eliminate excess oil for a clean complexion anytime, anywhere, at home or on the go. Unlike blotting papers that are single use and then thrown away, this Revlon Oil Absorbing Roller is reusable and so simple to wash.
The secret is real volcanic stone, which is incredibly efficient for blotting oily skin. It might sound kinda strange, but keep reading…
Combat shine with ease thanks to this oil-absorbing face roller made from real volcanic stone.
Just pop the cap and this compact shine buster is ready to roll, for on-the-go touch-ups, anytime, anywhere. Best of all? It’s reusable!
Reusable, on-the-go oil-absorbing roller made from real volcanic stone instantly absorbs excess oil on the go on the skin.
Unlike blotting papers that are single-use and then thrown away, our oil-absorbing roller is re-usable and easy to wash. You’d only need to wash it every night, and leave it to dry overnight, so it’s ready for you again in the morning.
- Eliminate excess oil in an instant for shine-free skin whenever you need it—at home or on the go
- Our oil-absorbing face roller is made with real volcanic stone, which (little known fact) is incredibly effective at blotting away shine
- You’ll love the way our facial roller feels as you roll it across your skin—like a mini face massage!
- You’ll love even more that you can use it on clean skin or over your finished face (and it won’t mess with your makeup)
- And, unlike blotting papers that are single use and then thrown away, our facial roller can be used over and over again and is simple to wash.
How To Clean
• Twist lock clockwise to open
• Wash volcanic stone with warm water and mild soap (face wash is perfect!)
• Rinse, then air dry overnight
The Revlon Oil Absorbing Roller has a black, plastic handle, with a volcanic stone rollerball which you can use to ‘roll’ over your problem areas to absorb excess oil.
Then the rollerball can be removed from the handle, and be washed. There’s a lock loop that you twist to remove the ball, and after washing, you leave the ball to dry overnight.
As it’s only just launched, there aren’t any reviews, but I’ve never heard of a volcanic oil absorbing roller before.
It’s supposed to be handy, as you can roll over the top of your foundation and makeup, rather than using blotting powder, so it could be more convenient when on the go.
It’s really fun and innovative compared to the average beauty gadget, and it’s discreet too. You don’t need to necessarily have access to a mirror in order to use it, and the rolling ball means you could be quite precise with where you use it too.
I don’t know how absorbent a volcanic ball could be, but it’s interesting that Revlon have created the Revlon Oil Absorbing Roller, and it’s a lot more eco-friendly than using single use blotting papers, as you can wash and reuse the roller every day.
Another bonus of using the Revlon Oil Absorbing Roller, is if you have dry skin. I myself have dry skin, so I’m always wary of how much powder I apply to my face as excess powder can just exacerbate dryness.
So applying blotting powder throughout the day to minimise shine isn’t ideal as it’ll just leave my makeup looking even worse than it would have I not tried to blot away shine.
So this fab little gadget means you can blot away oil and shine without piling on more makeup which is ideal for dry skin, or just those with fine lines that experience excess powder leaving their skin looking caked.
It’ll be interesting to see if the roller makes a noise when being used, as facial rollers can squeak a little so hopefully the Revlon Oil Absorbing Roller is a little more discreet, so you could choose to blot shine on the go.
I would love to try the Revlon Oil Absorbing Roller myself once it launches in the UK, and hopefully that’ll be soon!
It’ll be interesting to see which brands next create similar rollers, now Revlon have created something so unique and popular.
