There’s a brand new concealer from Revlon! The Revlon ColorStay Skin Awaken 5-in-1 Concealer has launched as the latest addition to the Revlon ColorStay collection, and if you’d like to find out all about this brand new concealer, keep on reading…
Revlon ColorStay Skin Awaken 5-in-1 Concealer
“Erase, Brighten, Perfect, Hydrate and Refresh with our 5 in 1 ColorStay Skin Awaken Concealer.“
The Revlon ColorStay Skin Awaken 5-in-1 Concealer is formulated with caffeine and vitamin C, and is described as being a multi-purpose concealer that erases dark circles, whilst also brightening the skin.
Revlon are known for having really poor shade ranges, and it looks like that’s the same for this new concealer for the UK, as there’s only 11 shades, but the shade range is way better in the US.
- Light: Cool Ivory (003) Neutral, Fair (005) Neutral, Vanilla (010) Cool, Light (015) Warm, Light Beige (025) Neutral
- Medium: Light Medium (030) Warm, Medium (040) Neutral, Honey (045) Cool, Medium Deep (050) Warm, Latte (055) Neutral
- Deep: Deep (060) Warm, Nutmeg (070) Neutral, Hazelnut (075) Warm, Caramel (076) Warm, Cinnamon (077) Warm, Truffle (078) Neutral, Coffee (080) Neutral
- Universal: Universal Neutralizer (001), Universal Brightener (002)
There are gaps between the shades, so there would be room for shade extensions, but eleven shades just isn’t inclusive enough for the UK market, regardless of the brand.
Especially when Revolution have 50 plus, but there’s also a Neutraliser shade and an Universal Brightener shade of this new Revlon ColorStay Skin Awaken 5-in-1 Concealer, so there could be more shades than those currently listed.
This new Revlon ColorStay Skin Awaken 5-in-1 Concealer is said to offer 24-hour wear, with a creamy buildable formula, and is packaged within a plastic tube, with a sponge tip applicator.
Sponge applicators on concealers are never the most hygienic, but Revlon actually claim this applicator is a mess-free anti-microbial applicator, so maybe it’s not as unhygienic as say the Maybelline Eraser Concealer? If you fancy checking out this new Revlon concealer, it’s available right now.
