Revlon ColorStay Lock Setting Mist

The Revlon ColorStay Lock Setting Mist is infused with a Superfood Detox Blend of Citrus, Aloe and Broccoli that protects against daily aggressors and neutralizes effects of pollutants.

Revlon ColorStay Lock Setting Mist

Whilst the Revlon ColorStay Lock Setting Mist is a new product, it looks like it could quite possibly a reformulation of their older setting spray, which has now been discontinued.

The Revlon PhotoReady Prep Set Refresh Mist Makeup Setting Spray used to be the brand’s setting spray, and it’s a product I used to own myself, and I quite liked the original formula.

The packaging is pretty much identical, except there’s a different font on the new version, and this new version is said to be infused with a Superfood Detox Blend of Citrus, Aloe and Broccoli that protects against daily aggressors and neutralizes the effects of pollutants.

Key Benefits

  • Triple-action setting spray lasts up to 24 hours
  • Locks makeup for a fresh look all day
  • Prevents makeup from smudging
  • Shields skin from pollutants & free radicals
  • No added parabens, phthalates, or mineral oil
  • Lightweight, undetectable feel

Revlon ColorStay Lock Setting Mist

The Revlon ColorStay Lock Setting Mist is $12.99, and the bottle only contains 56ml / 1.9 fl.oz, so it’s actually a very small bottle for a setting spray.

To put the small bottle size in context, the L’Oreal Infallible Magic Setting Spray contains 100ml of product, so with the Revlon setting spray, you’re getting almost half the product in comparison.

Revlon ColorStay Lock Setting Mist

I quite liked the original version of the Revlon setting spray, so I’d be up for trying the Revlon ColorStay Lock Setting Mist, and if you fancy checking it out, it’s available right now.
