Real Techniques are on a roll with their new launches for 2020, with so many new releases and the Real Techniques Dual Ended Brush Collection is their newest range of brushes.
As a brand, they typically only launched a few new products throughout the year, with quite a few Christmas gift sets when September rolled around, but now they’re launching a lot more which is exciting.
Real Techniques Dual Ended Brush Collection
This year so far, we’ve seen the Light Layer Collection and Cashmere Dreams Collection, and the Real Techniques Dual Ended Brush Collection is unique to anything they’ve ever launched to date.
The brushes right now are only available at Superdrug, but they will launch at ULTA and other Real Technqiues stockists soon.
The Real Techniques Dual Ended Brush Collection includes four different dual-ended makeup brushes, and they’ve only ever launched dual-ended brushes in their All About That Glow Brush Set they launched as part of their Holiday collection a couple of years ago.
Like the name suggests, this new collection includes brushes with two different brush heads per brush which are perfect for a makeup bag, as you’ll save space with needing less individual brushes.
Real Techniques categorise their brushes according to where on the face they’re for, and in this collection there are two brushes in the Face category, one for Cheek and one for the Eye too.
Real Techniques Cover + Conceal Dual Ended Brush £10.99
This dual-ended brush combines the 231 wide foundation + 232 slanted concealer to seamlessly blend cream or liquid foundation and concealer for an even complexion.
Real Techniques Set + Bake Dual Ended Brush £11.99
This dual-ended brush combines the 233 matte powder + 234 precise baking to dust, mattify and set loose or transluscent powders across the high areas of the face.
Real Techniques Blend + Define Dual Ended Brush £10.99
This dual-ended brush combines the 336 oval shadow + 316 pointed crease for a pop of color and definition along the eyelid.
Real Techniques Sculpt + Shape Dual Ended Brush £11.99
This dual-ended brush combines the 438 precision sculpting + 439 precision contour to sculpt and shape powder, liquid or cream contour for defined key features.
I know dual ended brushes aren’t for everyone, as they’re aren’t as easy to store if you use brush cups to hold your makeup brushes, but Real Techniques have rather cleverly included a colour co-ordinated cap for the smallest brush on each of the dual-ended brushes.
Each brush within the Real Techniques Dual Ended Brush Collection features one larger brush head, and one smaller brush head, so the cap helps to protect the bristles on the smallest brush head, should you want to take them in your makeup bag on the go, or use them in brush cups too.
