The Real Techniques Brush Cleansing Balm is the newest addition to the Real Techniques makeup brush and sponge cleanser collection.
Real Techniques have several different products designed to help cleanse the brushes, and tools to help make brush cleaning easier. This new balm has just launched at ULTA, and will hopefully will making its way to the UK very soon too.

Real Techniques Brush Cleansing Balm
Directions
Swirl brush head into the cleansing balm for full coverage. Place deep cleansing pad into the cap and add warm water. Swirl bristles onto until makeup waste is removed. Careful not to immerse base of bristles. Reshape and dry flat or upside-down.
Ingredients
Cocos nucifera (Coconut) oil, olea europaea (Olive) fruit oil, luryl glucoside, hydrogenated vegetable oil, aloe barbadensis leaf extract, water (aqua), glycerin, propylene glyclol, stearic acid, spirulina maxima extract, sodium hydroxide, lauric acid, pentylene glycol, collagen, ethylhexlglycerin, portulaca oleracea extract, sodium hyaluronate.
The Real Techniques Brush Cleansing Balm contains 56g of brush cleansing balm, as well as a separate deep cleansing pad made from silicone. The pad has lots of different sizes of nodules which will help to loosen makeup and dirt from your brushes when lathering with the balm.
The pink silicone pad is designed to sit in the lid of the Real Techniques Brush Cleansing Balm so you can swirl your brush around the nodules without it slipping around.
It’s a really clever innovation, and it looks like it would really help to quickly cleanse your brushes, and the balm would help keep your bristles in great condition too. In ULTA it’s $8.99, so I imagine it’ll be around £10 once it launches here.
