Pat McGrath The Divine Rose II Collection
The new Pat McGrath The Divine Rose II Collection is set to launch on the 29th of January, and features a collection of beautiful new launches, as well as some revamped old favourites. If you’d like to find out more about this beauty of a collection, keep on reading….
The first product within the Pat McGrath The Divine Rose II Collection is a repromote, and it’s a limited edition version of the beautiful, highly sought after Pat McGrath Mothership VIII: Divine Rose II Eyeshadow Palette.
“The worldwide sold-out sensation is back to slay with a glittering grandiflora bouquet of ten brilliantly blendable pigments arrayed in a cult-collectible rose metallic palette.”
This palette originally launched back in May of 2020, and it originally launched in a black version, and a pink version. The pink casing version sold out almost immediately, and the black version has been available ever since, but the pink limited edition version is making a comeback – yet again for a limited time.
So if you have been gutted you missed out on the original release, it’s making a comeback as part of the Pat McGrath The Divine Rose II Collection.
I have the black version of the palette, so I’m kinda gutted I am going to miss out on the pink casing, as it’s incredibly pretty. Plus, look at the swatches, aren’t they’re amazing??
The next product within the Pat McGrath The Divine Rose II Collection is a brand new eyeshadow palette, which I am seriously excited about as I love the Pat McGrath eyeshadow formula.
This is the Pat McGrath Luxe Eyeshadow Quad in Eternal Eden, and features the same format as the quads the brand launched as part of their Celestial Divinity collection, in lacquered effect black compact and four gorgeous shades.
“Discover a captivating quartet of rose-inspired shades featuring mattes and shimmers that create a blooming bouquet of elegant eyes.“
This quad looks to contain two matte shades, one metallic shade and one duochrome shimmer. They’re all rosy tones, and look as if they’d create the perfect rosy toned smokey eye. I have to have this quad in my life, I really like wearing rosy tones anyway, but these shades look amazing.
Next up in the Pat McGrath The Divine Rose II Collection is the product people are getting the most excited about, and it’s the Pat McGrath Skin Fetish Ultra Glow Highlighter.
There was a highlighter launched as part of the holiday Celestial Divinity collection, and it was quite a deep, warm toned shade which wasn’t the most universal, however this Skin Fetish Ultra Glow Highlighter looks as if it might be a little more universally flattering.
“Transcend the spectrum with the provocatively prismatic highlighter that imparts dewy divinity and flawlessly fluid ‘wet’ metallic radiance in one stroke.”
This highlighter looks as if it’s a duochrome light pink with a golden shift, and it’s packaged with the prettiest metallic pink compact. It looks so luxe, and so unique.
The shade couldn’t be more perfect for the Divine Rose collection, and complements the tones in all three Divine Rose eyeshadow palettes. I think this highlighter will be the most popular product within this collection, especially with an amazing metallic pink packaging.
The Pat McGrath The Divine Rose II Collection includes a revamped Divine Rose edition of the Pat McGrath Dark Star Mascara. This mascara originally launched back in July, and in this collection the mascara has rose themed outer packaging, with the same packaging on the mascara tube.
Next up in the Pat McGrath The Divine Rose II Collection is the Pat McGrath LiquiLust: Legendary Wear Matte Lipstick, in two brand new, never-seen-before shades.
The two shades in the collection are; Divine Rose and Divine Nude. As the names suggest, one shade is a pretty rosy pink and the other is a rosy toned nude. They’re both very pretty, and perfect for complementing the shades in the palettes.
Then there’s the Pat McGrath Permagel Ultra Glide Eye Pencil in the shade BLK COFFEE, which isn’t a brand new shade. Just like the mascara, it’s had an update to its outer packaging with a rose themed box, but the liner has the same packaging as the original version.
The next limited edition product is the Pat McGrath MatteTrance Lipstick in the shade Divine Rose. This lipstick is described as imparting a lightweight veil of opaque colour with a modern matte finish.
The last exciting launch in the Pat McGrath The Divine Rose II Collection is the Pat McGrath PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil in limited edition, rose themed packaging. This lip liner looks as if it would match the shade of the lipstick really well, and it’s the perfect accompaniment to the Divine Rose collection.
So that’s the whole Pat McGrath The Divine Rose II Collection wrapped up. It’s such a beautiful collection, which is perfect for Valentine’s Day. It’s guaranteed to be a popular collection as anything Divine Rose themed is an instant sell out, and the whole collection is available from the 29th of January.
