Pacifica Twinkle Paint Liquid Shadow
I have to admit, when I saw the Pacifica Twinkle Paint Liquid Shadow for the first time, I assumed they were new shades of the Glossier LidStars – the packaging is identical. The Glossier LidStars are $18 each, whereas these Pacifica Twinkle Paint Liquid Shadow shades are $12, so they are slightly more affordable in comparison.
The Pacifica Twinkle Paint Liquid Shadow is described as being a lightweight liquid eyeshadow with a sheer formula, infused with fruit water to add a subtle pop of colour and shimmer to the lids.
You can apply multiple coats to amp up the glitz and glam, and the shadows have a flocked flexible doefoot applicator that allows for precision, and easy-to-use application. They can also be used on the lids, cheeks or anywhere else you’d like to add a little sparkle.

The Pacifica Twinkle Paint Liquid Shadow is available in just three shades; Pink Moon, Cloudy Moon and Baby Stars. All three shades look very pretty and wearable, with a sheer wash of colour as opposed to the Stila Magnificent Metals Glitter and Glow Liquid Eyeshadows which are more intense, with stronger pigmentation.
