One Size Go Off Juiciest Makeup Remover Wipes

Earlier this week, Patrick Starrr announced the launch of his brand-new beauty brand One/Size. The One Size Go Off Juiciest Makeup Remover Wipes are just one of two new skincare products he’s launching first, and they’re available from Sephora exclusively

The One Size Go Off Juiciest Makeup Remover Wipes are $15 and available from Sephora. When Patrick Starrr announced his new beauty brand, the brand had a tagline of ‘makeup is a one size fits all‘, so everyone is quite confused that he’d choose to kick start his new brand with the launch of skincare.

Especially when he’s known for his amazing makeup skills, and incredible makeup. Obviously we all need makeup removers to remove our makeup, but I feel like his first product/s should have been something really exciting to set a precedent for what’s to come for the brand.

One Size Go Off Juiciest Makeup Remover Wipes

The One Size Go Off Juiciest Makeup Remover Wipes are described as being a plush, supersized makeup wipe that glides onto skin refreshing and fully removing makeup with just one juicy swipe.

They’re said to be supersized, mess-less wipes to remove makeup with ease while simultaneously refreshing and soothing the skin. Each of the wipes is supposedly packed with ‘juicy’ ingredients and relaxing fragrance notes. And are suitable for daily use – from a skin refresh to a heavy makeup cleanse—and are also safe for sensitive eyes.

Ingredients

Ethyl Trisiloxane, Isododecane, Cyclopentasiloxane, Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, Isoamyl Cocoate, Isopropyl Isostearate, Isostearyl Isostearate, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Rosa Rubiginosa Seed Oil, Fragrance/Parfum.

Whilst the One Size Go Off Juiciest Makeup Remover Wipes are infused with jojoba to calm and hydrate, and rosehip oil to moisturise, exfoliate and brighten, it seems so tone-deaf to launch makeup wipes when there’s such a massive emphasis on eco-friendly beauty swaps.

Makeup wipes are seriously terrible for the environment, and the packaging isn’t eco-friendly either, and $15 for just 21 wipes is so pricey for a brand that isn’t backed by science. The products will sell well as it’s Patrick Starrr, but I really hope there’s some more environmentally conscious products in the brand’s future as it really is important.
