Olay Radiant AHA Resurfacing Peel Face Mask

One of my favourite skincare products to try is face masks. I love trying new face masks, so when I spotted the Olay Radiant AHA Resurfacing Peel Face Mask had launched within the UK, I knew I had to try it.

Olay are really underrated as a brand, and you rarely ever see their products on social media unless it’s a sponsored post by an influencer. Olay has its own demographic, but I think this new launch might really appeal to all generations.

The Olay Radiant AHA Resurfacing Peel Face Mask is £24.99 which is pricey for a drugstore skincare brand, but it’s not just a simple pot or tube of face mask.

It is a lot cheaper in the US, where it’s only $17.19 on Amazon US, but Olay products are almost always on some sort of offer within the UK, and at the time of writing this, the mask is £16.66 with a third off.

Olay Radiant AHA Resurfacing Peel Face Mask

The new Olay Radiant AHA Resurfacing Peel Face Mask is designed to help you reveal skin as radiant as you, with a spa-like experience for you, and a revitalising experience for your skin.

The mask treatment features vitamin C to exfoliate and renew the skin’s surface whilst the AHA peel removes impurities.

Olay Radiant AHA Resurfacing Peel Face Mask Key Ingredients

VITAMIN C – It’s a naturally-occurring antioxidant that is known to fight free radicals. This Vitamin C infused formula ultimately reduces visible damage that you see in the mirror, like fine lines and uneven skin tone.

AHA (ALPHA HYDROXY ACID) – A great skin exfoliant, AHA works to brighten your complexion by loosening dead skin cells. These acids are usually more effective exfoliators than scrubs or cloths Going above and beyond, AHA can even help diminish the appearance of fine lines.

Olay Radiant AHA Resurfacing Peel Face Mask also features hydrated silica which works hard to polish away dirt and oil, then kindly dissolves to prevent over scrubbing.

By using this two step system, Olay promise you’ll be admiring brighter, smoother skin that glows with just one use. However, it’s supposedly gentle enough to enjoy once or twice a week. With claims that you can see a true skin transformation after 28 days of using Olay.

Olay Radiant AHA Resurfacing Peel Face Mask

Although the Olay Radiant AHA Resurfacing Peel Face Mask is pricey compared to other masks you can find in the likes of Boots, but the two step system is really unique.

It sounds like a really effective treatment, and the kind of treatment that would be perfect in the days before a special occasion or an event, when you want your skin to look its best.

Olay claim that it works for dry, normal and oily skin, and they also make it clear that if you use the Olay Radiant AHA Resurfacing Peel Face Mask, it’s important to use sunscreens and limit sun exposure in the days following use, due to the AHA’s within the formula that might increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun.
