Now it’s officially March, we’ll begin to see lots of spring launches, and the NYX This Is Milky Gloss Lip Gloss is just one of the latest NYX launches as part of their spring collection. If you’d like to find out more about this brand new lip gloss collection, keep on reading…
Milky lip glosses are proving to be quite popular right now, with Tower 28 launching a whole milky themed lip gloss collection following the success of their ShineOn Jelly Lip Glosses. However, the Tower 28 ShineOn Milky Lip Jelly shades are $14 each, so the NYX This Is Milky Gloss Lip Gloss are a fab budget alternative.
The NYX This Is Milky Gloss Lip Gloss collection are currently exclusive to ULTA, where they’re on sale for $8.50, but they will be available from other NYX stockists very soon, including the NYX website itself, and I’ll update this post as soon as that happens.

Let’s take a look at the shades on offer….
Cherry Skimmed – dusty mauve pink
Cookies & Milk – cool beige nude
FO-MOO – sheer baby blue
Lilac Splash – sheer baby purple
Milk & Honey – sheer light honey
Milk it Pink – sheer baby pink
Milk The Coco – chocolate brown
Moo-dy Peach – sheer coral
Some of the shades might look a little intimidating, like the Tiffany Blue and bright purple, but as you can see from these swatches, they’re very sheer and milky, and not at all as bright as the colour within the tube. They sound really lovely, and a perfect lip product for spring.
I would wear all of these shades, and whilst the blue might look a little strange, I know Lancome had a blue version of their Juicy Shakers, and it was designed to make your teeth look a little brighter, so perhaps that’s the same with FO-MOO? If you’d like to check out the NYX This Is Milky Gloss Lip Gloss, they’re available right here.
