NYX has launched a special collection to celebrate the Chinese New Year, and the NYX Lunar New Year Eyeshadow Palette is the main product within the collection.
NYX is notorious for creating limited edition collections to celebrate different holidays and events like Pride, and for not launching anything new, but instead they just use “special” packaging, which is always boring. However, this particular product is completely new, which is exciting.
NYX Lunar New Year Eyeshadow Palette 2022
“New limited edition eyeshadow palette with 12 richly pigmented shades straight from the jungle. Fierce and confident pigments can be used all over the lid to color block, in the inner corners of the eye, or along the lashline as a liner. Earn your stripes with makeup that unleashes your inner tiger.“
Key Benefits
- New limited edition eyeshadow palette with 12 richly pigmented matte and metallic shades
- Create a bold smokey eye, or color block on the lid, in the inner corners of the eye, or along the lashline with this ultra-buildable formula
- Move from day to night with ease with the pro level, long-wearing formula
- Cruelty free
The NYX Lunar New Year Eyeshadow Palette 2022 is $10, and includes twelve powder eyeshadows within a cardboard palette. As well as there being a palette, there’s a special edition of their setting spray too.
I love the red and black tiger striped design, as it’s the Year Of The Tiger, and there’s an illustrated tiger on the front of the palette too.
Inside the palette, the shades do look really pretty, with some reds, pops of gold, green, nude and black. The shades inside the palette definitely match the colours of the palette’s packaging, and the NYX Lunar New Year Eyeshadow Palette 2022 is available right now.
