I honestly believe the two Next Beauty Advent Calendars are in my top five of beauty advent calendars under £100, and just like the women’s advent calendar, the men’s version is equally impressive.

I have seen some really disappointing calendars this year, such as the Real Techniques advent calendar (see the unboxing here), and considering that was £80, I think the Next Beauty His Advent Calendar 2021 is amazing, and keep on reading to find out why..

The Next Beauty His Advent Calendar 2021 is £69, yet the contents inside the calendar are worth over £250, which is just brilliant. Next’s beauty department has such an amazing range of brands, and this calendar really does showcase the best of what they have to offer, with every grooming product imaginable!
The Next Beauty His Advent Calendar 2021 has a chest format, with such a beautiful design. It’s covered in patterned navy paper, with twenty-four drawers, in both matte and glossy finishes. You can really see the attention to detail, and the Next chests are the best quality chests I’ve unboxed this year so far. I can’t believe they’re only £69!
Each of the drawers within the Next Beauty His Advent Calendar 2021 contain navy blue shredded paper, and there’s even some doors where you get two products, which is even more exciting. Let’s get onto the unboxing…
Day number one of the Next Beauty His Advent Calendar 2021 starts strong with the Elemis Deep Cleanse Facial Wash in a 50ml size, which is worth £9.50 in this very same travel size.
For day two we have the Paco Rabanne One Million Eau de Toilette in a 5ml size. The ‘Hers’ calendar had one fragrance mini, but this calendar features three, and I personally love all three!
Next we have toothpaste. It’s the Marvis Orange Blossom Bloom Toothpaste in a tiny 10ml size. I could understand toothpaste once in a calendar, but the Next Beauty His Advent Calendar 2021 features two toothpastes, which is annoying in itself, but they’re in days next to each other which is really poor planning. Nobody wants a toothpaste two days in a row…
The second toothpaste is the Regenerate Enamel Science Advanced Toothpaste in a 14ml. If you’re going to include the same product twice, space them out a little?
Day number five is a lot more impressive, and it’s full-sized Origins Super Spot Remover Blemish Treatment Gel. It’s 10ml, and tiny, but that’s the full size, as you only need a tiny amount of the watery clear gel to treat a large area. It’s a great blemish treatment, and is one to try if you haven’t already – all genders.
Next is the Philip Kingsley Elasticizer Deep Conditioning Treatment 75ml, which is a cult-favourite haircare product, and a good inclusion in the calendar. It also features in the ‘Hers’ version of the calendar too.
We have another two of the same product in a row situation with two beard oils in a row. I don’t know why Next didn’t space the products out better with the Next Beauty His Advent Calendar 2021, like they did the ‘hers’ calendar. This product is The Brighton Beard Co Shave Oil, in a 30ml size.
The second beard oil in a row is the Percy Nobleman Beard Conditioning Oil in a 30ml size, which is a travel size. I’m sure men would be happy with having more than one beard oil in the calendar, but space them out a little.
The next item in the Next Beauty His Advent Calendar 2021 is the Clarins Men Energizing Gel in a 12ml sample, with a formula enriched in red ginseng extract.
No men’s advent calendar would be complete without a razor, and the Next Beauty His Advent Calendar 2021 features the Bulldog Original Bamboo Razor, which is full sized.
Next is the Proraso Shaving Cream in a mini 10ml size. I think it’s good they’ve included a shaving cream straight after the razor, so you can use them together, but 1oml is quite small for a product like a shaving cream.
The next item in the Next Beauty Hss Advent Calendar 2021 is the L’Occitane Cedrat Shower Gel in a 75ml size. I’ve never smelt this scent before, but it does smell so fresh and invigorating.
For the next day we have the LAB Series For Men MAX LS Power V Lifting Serum in a 7ml size. This is a tiny size, but it’s a very expensive product, so it’s to be expected that it’s smaller due to the high value.
The Next Beauty His Advent Calendar 2021 features the Heath Eye Serum in a 15ml size, which is full size and worth £14 alone, and claims to brighten, firm and hydrate the eye area.
Murad is always an exciting brand to find inside advent calendars, and the Next Beauty His Advent Calendar 2021 contains the Murad Vita-C Eyes Dark Circle Corrector 15ml, which is worth £56, which blows my mind. The whole calendar is £69, and this one product is nearly the price of the whole calendar.
The Next Beauty His Advent Calendar 2021 features the Kiehl’s Face Fuel Energizing Moisturizer 15ml next, which is a deluxe mini size.
The next product is the Korres Foaming Cream Cleanser 75ml, which is half the size of the full size, making this size worth £10.50.
Day eighteen is a two product door, which is exciting. You get the This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray in a 35ml (this also featured in the Hers calendar) and a mini size of the Perricone MD Cold Plasma Plus+ in a 7.5ml size.
Next are two fragrances in a row, with the first being Hugo Boss Boss Bottled Eau de Toilette in a 5ml size. This is one of my favourite male scents (with my number one being the next scent funnily enough), it just smells divine.
The third and final fragrance is Viktor & Rolf Spicebomb Eau de Toilette in a 7ml size which is slightly larger than the other two fragrances. This scent is incredible, and it has such great longevity too.
We then have a sheet mask, and it’s the Barber Pro Foaming Cleansing Mask, and is a bubbling cleansing sheer mask with activated charcoal to deep cleanse the pores.
The next product is the Jack Black Turbo Wash in a 88ml size, for both hair and body, and this size is worth £9, and is the brand’s travel size.
Day 23 of the Next Beauty His Advent Calendar 2021 features one of my favourite hand creams, and it’s the NUXE Reve de Miel Hand and Nail Cream 30ml, and it’s such a nice, silky hand cream with a floral honey fragrance. It is quite a feminine scent in my opinion for a male advent calendar, but it’s a lovely hand cream nonetheless.
Finally, for day 24 and the last day, we have the Aveda Thickening Tonic 100ml worth £23, and is full size which is the perfect way to finish the calendar.
So that’s the entire calendar unboxed. For £69 it really is amazing, with a good mix of skincare, fragrance, haircare, bodycare and a tool. It’s so well put together, and feels very luxe, and is available right now.
