The NARS Unwrapped Mini Eyeshadow Palette is just one product within the beautiful new NARS Unwrapped holiday 2021 collection.
All of the products within this year’s collection feature a layered ribbon effect on the packaging, with metallic accents, and I really like the packaging. It reminds me of NARS packaging from 2015 and 2016, and keep on reading to find out all about this new palette.
NARS Unwrapped Mini Eyeshadow Palette
It’s good to see NARS back at doing what they do best. Last year’s NARS holiday collection was a very small collection, with no cheek palettes, or big sets.
It was just very unlike NARS, as they usually have big and extravagant collections, but the global crisis must have impacted the collections of many beauty brands, but they’re back with the amazing NARS Unwrapped Holiday Collection for 2021.
“Transform your eye looks this Christmas with the NARS Unwrapped Mini Eyeshadow Palette. Featuring six shades in one travel-size palette, the holiday special features a selection of mattes, satins and shimmers for a touch of festive glam.
Inspired by the success of the beloved ‘Orgasm’, ‘Laguna’ and ‘Dolce Vita’ shades, the palette lets you coat the lids in a sweep of luscious colour. Arriving in a limited-edition, ribbon-coated casing, surprise a friend with this festive treat.”
The NARS Unwrapped Mini Eyeshadow Palette is a six pan mini palette, with silver chrome packaging, with the layered black NARS ribbons on the lid. It looks so sleek, and whilst it does look chic, it doesn’t look *too* festive, and the shades inside would work all year round.
This palette was inspired by the NARS ‘Orgasm’, ‘Laguna’ and ‘Dolce Vita’ shades, and features a mix of matte, satin and shimmer finishes. It’s such a pretty palette, with a cool toned colour story, which is refreshing for NARS, as they tend to launch a lot of warm toned palettes.
Inside the NARS Unwrapped Mini Eyeshadow Palette, there are the following shades;
- Bikini
- Everlasting Love
- Luscious
- Sunbathe
- Sweet Escape
- Pointe Noire
I do think the names are a little strange for a holiday palette, with summery/beach themed names, but they’re still pretty shades regardless. If you like pinks and mauves, you’ll love this palette, and if you want to check it out, it’s available right here.
