I have a soft spot for NARS, so I’m excited by pretty much anything they launch, and the NARS Light Reflecting Foundation has been revealed as being their latest launch, which is set to drop on the 13th of this month. It’s been a hot minute since we saw a new NARS Foundation, so keep on reading to find out more about the NARS Reflecting Foundation…
“This breathable, medium-coverage, buildable foundation quickly conceals visible redness, blemishes, and dark spots while blurring the look of wrinkles, pores, and texture. Powered by 70 percent-skincare ingredients for visibly improved clarity plus Light Reflecting Complex for enhanced luminosity, the up to all-day-wear formula is suitable for most skin types, including sensitive.”
The NARS Light Reflecting Foundation is described as being an advanced makeup-skincare-hybrid foundation with a natural finish that quickly blurs and smooths while visibly improving skin’s clarity over time.
Nars Light Reflecting Advanced Skincare Foundation Key Ingredients
- Biomimetic Oat: Visibly improves clarity by reducing the appearance of redness.
- Japanese Lilyturf: Supports a strong skin barrier by helping maintain moisture.
- Cacao Peptides and Milk Thistle: Minimize the negative effect of blue light and environmental stressors.
NARS have created the new NARS Light Reflecting Foundation to target different skin concerns all-in-one, with it working to disguise redness and blemishes, improving the appearance of hyperpigmentation and texture, wrinkles and dullness, as well as blurring pores and imperfections.
Not only does the foundation improve the appearance of the skin whilst you’re wearing it, the formula is said to visibly improve the skin’s clarity over time too, thanks to the makeup-skincare hybrid formulation. It’s also free from mineral oil, silicone and parabens too.
NARS Light Reflecting Foundation Swatches
We are going to see many foundations launch over the coming weeks, and the NARS Light Reflecting Foundation has a fantastic shade range, with 36 shades including super fair and super deep shades.
The range also includes a good mix of undertones, with neutral, cool and warm toned shades. Making it an inclusive shade range for almost everyone, unlike the Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin Foundation, which has a really poor shade range in comparison.
I’m excited about trying this foundation myself. It sounds like a lovely formula, offering medium coverage, and if you’d like to check out the new NARS foundation, it’s available right here.
