The NARS Climax Eyeshadow Palette has launched as part of the NARS Climax collection, which is the NARS fall/autumn collection.
This entire collection has been created to celebrate their bestselling Climax mascaras (both the original Climax Mascara and the Climax Extreme Mascara) and there’s just two new products within this collection.
The NARS Climax Extreme Effects Eyeshadow Palette launched last August, and NARS have created a brand new eyeshadow palette inspired by their Climax Mascara.
I don’t know if the Climax name is going to be the ‘new’ Orgasm name, where NARS repeatedly launch products with the name, but the palette does look pretty unique for NARS, which is exciting.
“From the Climax Collection. A limited-edition eyeshadow palette featuring nine smoky shades in silky matte, metallic, and multidimensional finishes.
Turn up the intensity with Climax Eyeshadow Palette, featuring NARS’ most innovative eyeshadow finishes yet. Swipe on nine smoky shades in silky matte, metallic, and multidimensional finishes for extreme eyes with extreme payoff. Lightweight, creamy formula can be worn alone or layered for a dramatic effect. Buildable. Blendable. “
The NARS Climax Eyeshadow Palette is $49 / £37 and contains nine powder eyeshadows, within a beautiful, red, square compact with a raised ridged design on the lid, to mimic the ridged design of the NARS Climax Mascara. The shades within this palette are;
- Open Wide
- Private Show
- Passion Play
- Next Level
- Up In Smoke
- Public Eye
- Night Rhythm
NARS loves a warm toned eyeshadow palette, and it does feel repetitive at times, so it’s nice to see that the NARS Climax Eyeshadow Palette has a cool toned colour story. Featuring four matte shadows, and five metallic shades, including greens, grey, mauves, golds and a burgundy.
I never bought last year’s NARS Climax Extreme Effects Palette, as I didn’t love the colour story, but I am tempted by this NARS Climax Eyeshadow Palette, as it’s just so different for NARS, and I have to admit, I love the bright red packaging too, and it’s available right now.
