There’s an interesting new launch from Milk Makeup, and it’s the Milk Makeup Hydro Grip Eyeshadow and Concealer Primer.
The Milk Makeup Hydro Grip Face Primer is one of the brand’s bestsellers, so it was only a matter of time before they created a formula for the eyes, similarly to how ELF launched their Putty Face Primer, and then followed up with the Putty Eye Primer.
Milk Makeup Hydro Grip Eyeshadow and Concealer Primer
“This 93 percent-natural, transparent formula works across all skin tones to create a smooth base around the eyes and boost the color of eyeshadow and eyeliner. Blue agave extract helps lock in eye makeup and concealer. Natural optical blurring powders provide a soft-focus effect around the eye area.”
