The Maybelline Tattoo Studio Ink Pen Liquid Eyeliner is a vegan-friendly brush tip liquid eyeliner pen, offering one-stroke opaque coverage, with up to 24 hours of longevity. With the formula being described as waterproof, making it perfect for those with allergies or watery eyes.

Maybelline has designed the new Ink Pen to have a super flexible, precise brush tip which has an easy glide formula, with highly saturated black coverage on the eyes. There’s no mention on the finish of the liner, but from the image of the liner being worn by the models, it looks like the liquid eyeliner has a satin finish.
