It feels like a hot minute since Makeup Forever launched something new, but the new Makeup Forever Light Velvet Air Shine Control Finishing Spray has launched this week and joins their existing Mist & Fix Spray. This new finishing spray might have a very long name, but what does it do? Keep on reading!
Makeup Forever Light Velvet Air Shine Control Finishing Spray
The Makeup Forever Light Velvet Air Shine Control Finishing Spray is a mattifying setting spray that promises to blur imperfection, and refresh the skin for a long lasting and shine free finish.
It was co-created by the brand's pros to deliver soft focus mattifying powers that minimise the look of pores, and provide shine control, whilst the aloe vera instantly refreshes and soothes the skin.
Apply alone or over foundation. Shake well before each use. With eyes closed, hold the bottle slightly elevated at an arm’s distance from the face and mist 4 pumps towards the face in a “T” motion. Allow a few seconds to dry.
The Makeup Forever Light Velvet Air Shine Control Finishing Spray is available in two sizes; 100ml and 30ml too. It’s not yet launched in the UK but the full size is $28, so I reckon it’ll be around the £28 once it does launch in the UK.
You don’t see setting sprays that claim to blur imperfections, so I’m really intrigued by this one. Especially as it can reduce shine by upto 26% too.
I really like that they’ve created a mini 30ml size, as that allows you to try the formula and see if you like it before making the commitment of the full sized version, I wish more brands did the same as it’s so much better.
