This week has been the week that most beauty brands have launched their summer collection, including MAC.
The MAC Summer Bronzing Foiled Eyeshadow Collection is just one product from their summer collection, and they’re definitely my favourite piece from the whole collection.
MAC collections are always hotly anticipated, and MAC fans always go crazy for them, especially when the collections feature limited edition special packaging and the MAC Summer Bronzing Foiled Eyeshadow Collection features beautiful limited edition packaging.
MAC Summer Bronzing Foiled Eyeshadow Collection
The MAC Summer 2020 collection features lots of beautiful products to help you achieve the prettiest summer glow, including eyeshadows, lipsticks, lip glosses, bronzers, liquid highlighters, body lotion, brushes and more.
The MAC Summer Bronzing Collection all feature the most amazing metallic rose gold packaging, with foil detailing.
MAC describes the packaging as having a debossed foil design, with metallic bronze packaging that’s drenched in an exclusive water droplet design.
I love MAC limited edition packaging, and I think this packaging design might be one of my favourites, followed by the Fruity Juicy collection from 2017.
The MAC Summer Bronzing Foiled Eyeshadow collection includes five different shades, and each of the shades are £19 each.
£19 is pricey for one individual eyeshadow, especially for MAC, however each shadow contains 3g of product which is double the amount of product than one of their individual shades so it’s actually amazing value as their normal single shadows in compacts are £15 for 1.5g.
MAC describes the MAC Summer Bronzing Foiled Eyeshadow collection as being limited-edition luminous, lightweight, wet/dry eye shadows with highly pigmented colour payoff.
This isn’t the first time MAC have done foiled eyeshadows, and the foiled formula supposedly has wet/dry technology for either a dry shimmer-metallic finish or intense, wet metal-foil finish.

The MAC Summer Bronzing Foiled Eyeshadow Collection includes five different shades;
- Tide ‘n’ Seek – taupy purple
- Sunphoria – cool light pink
- White Haute – champagne
- Sand Tropez – golden
- Monaco-Co – warm rich brown
I love the look of all five shades within this collection. They are all such beautiful, wearable shades that would look amazing on any skintone.
I really don’t think MAC’s individual shade descriptions do the eyeshadows justice at all, as they look so multi-dimensional and sparkly in the real life swatches I’ve seen on Instagram.
The rippled design of the pan looks amazing against the rose gold detailing on the packaging, and I would wear all five of these shades, but if I had to pick a favourite, I think it would have to be Tide ‘n’ Seek as I can’t resist a pretty cool toned eyeshadow.
