I raved about the MAC Black Cherry collection in my review of the MAC Black Cherry Glow Play Lip Balm, and the MAC Black Cherry Room To Bloom Extra Dimension Blush is one of many products I purchased from the beautiful cherry blossom themed spring collection.
“Take your look whichever way the wind GLOWS with Extra Dimension Blush in four sakura-inspired, second-skin shades that reflect the light – and last all night!
This modern hybrid blush combines the smoothness of a cream, blendability of a liquid and finish of a powder with long-wearing colour and prismatic reflections. Specially housed in limited-edition, moon-bloom packag-ing.”
The MAC Black Cherry Room To Bloom Extra Dimension Blush is one of four blushers within the MAC Black Cherry collection. All four blushes are in the Extra Dimension formula, and they’re housed in the prettiest MAC packaging I’ve ever seen.
They have pink chrome packaging, with a black circular lid featuring falling Sakura blossom petals. It just looks so pretty, and perfect for spring. There’s no mirror inside the lid on these blushes, but they look simply stunning.
I ordered two of the blushers within this collection; the MAC Black Cherry Room To Bloom Extra Dimension Blush, and MAC Black Cherry Dilly Dolly Extra Dimension Blush, but in all honesty all four shades are super pretty.
If you’ve never tried the MAC Extra Dimension Blush formula before, they’re described as having a hybrid formula with prismatic reflections. They’re all shimmery blush shades, but it’s flattering shimmer.
I don’t like straight up shimmer blushes, but the MAC Extra Dimension Blushers mesh beautifully with the skin for a radiant finish that looks natural, rather than being a streak of shimmer on the cheeks.
The MAC Black Cherry Room To Bloom Extra Dimension Blush is described as being a warm light apricot, which I feel is pretty accurate.
It’s a peachy pink, which leans more pink than peach, but it’s such an easy-to-wear shade, which complements any eye makeup look, and I’ll be sharing my review of Dilly Dally very soon.
