L’Oreal have extended their Infallible range once again, with the launch of the new L’Oreal Infallible Grip Gel Automatic Eyeliners.
I have quite honestly lost count of how many ‘Infallible‘ products L’Oreal has launched over the years, but this latest launch is a super long-lasting gel eyeliner.
L’Oreal Infallible Grip Gel Automatic Eyeliner
The L’Oreal Infallible Grip Gel Automatic Eyeliners are retractable, twist-up eyeliner pencils with a domed sponge smudger on the opposite end of the liner, to allow for smudging of the liner before it dries down for a smoked out finish.
L’Oreal claims the liner pencils last for up to 36 hours, which is impressive if it’s true. I can’t recall ever seeing an eyeliner pencil last for more than 24 hours, so 36 hours is crazy, especially if you struggle with your liner fading quickly.
Even though the L’Oreal Infallible Grip Gel Automatic Eyeliner is said to last for up to 36 hours, L’Oreal claim the formula is suitable for sensitive eyes, and has been ophthalmologist tested, offering a waterproof, sweat proof and rub-proof formula – wow!
Ingredients
• DIMETHICONE • TRIMETHYLSILOXYSILICATE • POLYETHYLENE • ACRYLATES/STEARYL ACRYLATE/DIMETHICONE METHACRYLATE COPOLYMER • SYNTHETIC FLUORPHLOGOPITE • SILICA • OZOKERITE • CELLULOSE • POLYISOBUTENE • ALUMINA • KAOLIN • DISTEARDIMONIUM HECTORITE • PENTAERYTHRITYL TETRA-DI-T-BUTYL HYDROXYHYDROCINNAMATE • TIN OXIDE • PROPYLENE CARBONATE • POLYGLYCERYL-3 POLYDIMETHYLSILOXYETHYL DIMETHICONE • MALTODEXTRIN
The L’Oreal Infallible Grip Gel Automatic Eyeliner is available in six different shades;
- Intense Black
- Brown Denim
- Taupe Grey
- Blue Jersey
- Electric Blue
- Turquoise Faux Fur (ehrm, random name alert!)
I always find retractable liners to be the easiest to apply in the waterline and lash line, as they tend to be softer, with less dragging, which is definitely what you want when lining the sensitive waterlines. If the formula does last for as long as it claims, it sounds like an amazing eyeliner, and it’s available right now.
