It’s hard to believe we’ve nearly finished January, and it’s time for the Lookfantastic February Treasure Edition Beauty Box. January is always a long month anyway, but this year there were five weekends in January which made it feel even longer.
I’m so glad January is almost done and dusted, and February is almost upon us. I have the Lookfantastic Beauty Box February 2021 edit to show you today, and it’s an amazing box!!
Lookfantastic February Treasure Edition Beauty Box
The Lookfantastic Beauty Box is a monthly subscription service, where each month you’ll receive six curated beauty products which are hand selected to complement a theme. They also offer one-off special edition boxes too.
Each month you’re guaranteed to receive at least £50 worth of products, and more often than not, we receive more than that. The price varies depending on how many months you want to subscribe for, but you can choose a 1 monthly rolling subscription, or opt for a 3 month, 6 month or 12 month subscription too, which will save you some money.
The theme for the Lookfantastic February Treasure Edition Beauty Box is ‘Treasure’ and is themed around self care for everyone for the month of love, regardless of whether you’re sharing Valentine’s Day with a significant other, girlfriends or yourself. The box features some really great self care treats, and it’s my favourite edit from Lookfantastic in a long time!

Kickstarting the Lookfantastic February Treasure Edition Beauty Box is the Eyeko Galactic Lid Gloss Shimmer & Shine Liquid Eyeshadow 4ml. Boxes will receive one of two shades; Zodiac (rose gold) or Stardust (silver), and I received the Zodiac shade in my box.
When you open your box, you might not see this tube as mine was nestled under the shredded paper, so make sure you lift the shredded paper when you receive your box, as it might have nestled its way down to the base of the box during transit!
The Eyeko Galactic Lid Gloss Shimmer & Shine Liquid Eyeshadow is a cream chrome glitter eyeshadow for a mesmer-eyes-ing look. It has a super pigmented formula, so this 4ml tube might look tiny, this swatch was done with a pin-head sized amount, so this tube will last you absolutely ages!
It has a clear base, with rose gold shimmer and gold sparkle suspended within it, and it feels so lightweight and gel-like on the lids. You can build it up for full opacity, or layer it over the top of powder shadows for a pop of sparkle. I’ve never tried this formula before, but it’s beautiful and transforms any makeup look in seconds.
Next up in the Lookfantastic February Treasure Edition Beauty Box is the Illamasqua Beyond Veil Skin Glowing Gel 6ml. Described as being is an exhilarating partnership between two of Illamasqua’s iconic products: the intensely moisturising Hydra Veil and the metallic, illuminating Beyond Powder.
If you love the brand’s Hydra Veil Primer and/or their Beyond Powder Highlighters, you’ll love the Beyond Veil. It works as an illuminating primer, imparting a gorgeous glow to the skin whilst helping to boost hydration at the same time.
The next product within the Lookfantastic February Treasure Edition Beauty Box is the Balance Me AHA Glow Mask 10ml. This is a three in one mask, helping to plump the skin, brighten the skin and deeply purifies the skin all in one.
It’s packed with a bio-active blend of fruit acids including glycolic, lactic and malic for maximum efficacy, whilst Kaolin Clay works to draw out impurities and maintain the skin’s natural moisture barrier to lock in hydration and combat potential irritants.
The fourth product in the Lookfantastic February Treasure Edition Beauty Box is the Magnitone Wipe Out Swipes which contains two eco-friendly microfibre makeup removal pads.
These pads are extremely soft – even softer than a Makeup Eraser, and remove all traces of makeup with just water. They’re reusable, and work like cotton pads, and are perfect for the eyes as they’re so soft and gentle on the skin.
Then we have the Bubble T Strawberry Macaron Hand & Body Butter 50ml, which is a deliciously scented cream that you can use to keep your hands hydrated, but can also apply it to the body on any dry patches to soothe and nourish.
The sixth and final product within the Lookfantastic February Treasure Edition Beauty Box is the Elemis Papaya Enzyme Peel 15ml, and is a product I’ve been dying to try, so I’m delighted it’s included within this month’s box. This 15ml deluxe travel size is worth £12 alone, which is almost the price of the box alone.
In the box, you’ll either receive the Elemis Papaya Enzyme Peel, or you could get the Madara SOS Hydra Recharge Cream. Either product is fab, and they’re both ideal for nourishing and resurfacing the skin, and can be used alongside the Balance Me mask within the box.
