All of the Laura Mercier Christmas collection is stunning this year, but the Laura Mercier Rose Pirouette Illuminator has to be one of the prettiest highlighters that’s launched this Christmas.
Laura Mercier have opted for a Parisian ballet theme for the whole collection, and the packaging alone is amazing. Everything has a faux ribbon effect design, and the colours are all very muted and pretty.
Laura Mercier Rose Pirouette Illuminator
“Paying tribute to the romance of the Paris stage, this buildable illuminator formula highlights cheeks with a natural flush of rosegold pink and allows you to customize your glow from a soft to an intense shine.”
The Laura Mercier Rose Pirouette Illuminator is $45 / £38, and strangely enough, Laura Mercier claim this highlighter has $100 value? I’m not entirely sure why.
It contains 12g of product, and their other Illuminators contain 9g, so it’s not like it’s a mega highlighter giving you double the volume of product? Regardless of the claims, it’s still a beautiful highlighter.
The Laura Mercier Rose Pirouette Illuminator is housed within a blush pink, circular compact with a faux white and gold foil faux ribbon design. It’s such a stunning design, and the ribbon effect carries through to the powder too.
The powder has a raised, ribbon effect and it’s such a pretty product both in terms of packaging and the product inside too.
Laura Mercier Rose Pirouette Illuminator looks to be a deep rosy brown shade, and whilst Laura Mercier haven’t shared any swatches yet, it looks like it’d suit medium to deep skintones beautifully.
